Terms of Service

The rules for using Daily PFPs and the profile pictures published on it. They are written to be read, not skimmed past — the short version is: use the squares as your own avatar, do not resell or repackage them, and tell us if something of yours is here without permission. Agreement

These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses dailypfps.com (“Daily PFPs”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is managed by Infinity Linkers.

The service

Daily PFPs publishes curated collections (“drops”) of square profile pictures (“squares”), grouped into categories and tags. Browsing and downloading is free and needs no account. We may add, change or remove squares, drops or features at any time.

What you may do

  • Download squares and use them as your own profile picture, avatar or icon on any social network, messaging app, game or forum.
  • Crop, resize or add a simple frame to a square for that personal use.
  • Share a link to any page on Daily PFPs.

This is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission. It does not give you ownership of any image and does not cover commercial use.

What you may not do

  • Sell, license or redistribute the squares, alone or bundled into packs, apps, templates, NFTs or other galleries.
  • Use a square in advertising, on merchandise or as a brand logo without permission from the original rights holder.
  • Copy drops, collections or our written descriptions in bulk, or scrape the site with automated tools.
  • Hotlink images from our servers onto other websites.
  • Use the site in a way that breaks the law, infringes someone else’s rights, or harms the site’s availability or security.
  • Use an image to impersonate, harass or mislead anyone.

Ownership of images

We select, crop and describe the images, but we do not claim ownership of the characters, artwork, photographs or trademarks they show. All rights stay with their original creators and rights holders. Any use beyond a personal profile picture should be cleared with them directly.

Copyright and takedowns

We respect the rights of artists and creators. If you hold the rights to an image published here and want it removed or credited, email hello@dailypfps.com with:

  • your name and contact details;
  • the URL of the page and the position or number of the square;
  • a description of the work you own, with a link to the original if possible;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.

Where a claim is clear, the image is removed the same day. Knowingly false claims may make the sender liable for damages.

Our own content

The site design, logo, text, drop descriptions and the way collections are selected and arranged belong to Daily PFPs and are protected by copyright. You may quote short parts with a link back; anything more needs our written permission.

Messages and requests

When you send us a request, idea or feedback, you agree that we may use it to improve the site — for example by publishing a drop you asked for — without owing you anything. How we handle the personal information in your message is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party links

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Disclaimer

The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate, safe and online, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any image is suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Daily PFPs, Infinity Linkers and the people who run the site are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or reputation, arising from using or being unable to use the site. Because the site is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to zero or the lowest amount the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

If you use the site or its images in breach of these terms and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result from it.

Changes and availability

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or restrict access to the site, or to anyone who breaks these terms, at any time.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term straight away does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
